- Rename QVTHOST.RC to HOSTS. (Qvt appears to expect the hosts file pointed
- to by QVTHOST_DIR to be the standard Unix filename).

- Not really :-) DIS_PKT is a Packet Driver shim for setups using NDIS
- card drivers. ODIPKT is a Packet Driver shim for setups using ODI card
- drivers. Whilst it is possible to use the ODINSUP.COM shim to go from
- ODI -> NDIS, and then use the DIS_PKT shim, the only use for that setup
- I've found is for WFW 3.11 !

- I'm using DIS_PKT.DOS version 1.11 (DISPKT11.ZIP) and ODIPKT v2.0. I found
- these in strange places:
-
- ODIPKT2.ZIP hsdndev.harvard.edu
- DISPKT11.ZIP ftp.novell.com (I think !!!!)
